ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Fayeza Syed — a Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Chartered Marketer. I help people find clarity, build confidence, and make real, lasting change in their lives.
My path into this work isn't just professional — it's personal. ADHD is part of my everyday life at home, and living alongside it has taught me how much patience, understanding, and the right tools can change a relationship — and how powerful it is when someone finally feels seen for how their mind actually works.
At my core, I'm an empath with a deep love for understanding people — how we think, why we connect the way we do, what shapes us. That curiosity, and a genuine love of anthropology, is what first drew me toward this work.
What sets my approach apart is the blend of psychology and strategy I bring to coaching. Through my NLP training, I've learned how thought patterns and beliefs quietly shape the way we act, and how to work with clients to shift them. My background as a Chartered Marketer adds something different too: a practical understanding of how to position yourself, communicate clearly, and build a life — or brand — that actually feels like you.
Today, I bring both worlds together: the strategic, results-driven thinking from my marketing career, and the psychological insight from my coaching practice. I know what it takes to perform at a high level, and I know how to help people get out of their own way to do the same.
My clients come to me because they want more than advice. They want someone who understands both the internal work of letting go of old beliefs, and the external work of putting your goals into words and action. Real change often starts with a simple gift: a third-person perspective — someone who can reflect you back to yourself with clarity, without judgment.
I work with people at every stage — whether you're just starting to figure out what you want, standing at a crossroads, or already succeeding but sensing there's another level within reach. Wherever you're starting from, we clarify what growth looks like for you, and build the mindset and strategy required to get there.
For me, coaching isn't about theory. It's about giving people tools they can actually use, so that mindset and strategy move forward together.
